I am not a sportsperson, but my 10 years old son goes to Sports Club daily. He started boxing at the age of 7. We all were very excited to see him growing as a boxer, if not International player atleast a known player in local, so that he could defend himself when and where required. 
 

Every parent wish to see his ward receiving awards and trophies in what he does, My Advice to like minded parents, to give preference to:

1) Health than to Trophy

2) Healthy Competition than to winning the game.

3) Restart new game than to finish off

4) Moral Support than to lots of hues and cry on games.

5) Winning game strategically than to not trying new moves

6) Working on weak points than to defeating competitor using Skills in practice sessions.

7) Let go attitude than to walking straight.

Help your child to know him/ her best than to World.

Gita to be taught, one chapter per class in MP.

Introducing Gita in the school syllabus , the MP government has taken the midpath and announced it to follow from the next session starting July 2012. Lessons will be based on teachings and morals of the Gita and not as a religious content.

It will be designed in the form of stories, picture strips, skit and essays so that its easy for students to understand the values insights.

Although there is a mixed reaction on this Issue and has been considered as "Clever backdoor entry".

Its true, Every Religion shows path to the mankind and it shouldn't be Politicized.
